What it solves
RaiseGood gives 501(c)(3) nonprofits one place for event fundraising needs—ticketing, auctions, and raffles—with no percentage fee structure so more money goes to the mission.
RaiseGood is nonprofit fundraising software for IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organizations that run benefit nights, galas, school fundraisers, church events, and similar campaigns. It brings auctions, raffles, mystery boxes, and paid admission into one event hub so supporters and staff are not juggling separate ticketing, bidding, and raffle tools on the same night. Supporters open your event from a link or QR code on the phones they already carry. There is no app to install. They register, buy admission tickets, place bids on live lots, purchase raffle entries, and look up receipts later with email and a PIN. Checkout runs through Stripe, and receipts spell out admission, raffle purchases, and winning bids in a trail finance can actually follow. Your team works from a desktop-first staff dashboard built for setup week and event night. You verify the nonprofit during onboarding, stand up the organization, configure the event, and connect Stripe Connect when you are ready to collect and pay out. Auctions use English-style mobile bidding with clear high bids and lot timers that volunteers and emcees can read at a glance. That same phone-based experience covers the quiet “silent auction” style many galas still describe to guests, without paper bid sheets. Raffles sell from the same supporter page, with clear prize stories and organizer controls for what people see on the floor. Mystery boxes add a draw format when every ticket should feel like a moment, with staff control over slots and prizes. Paid admission lives on a Tickets tab inside the same event, with optional capacity, Stripe checkout, and the option to require a ticket before bids or raffle purchases. Staff can check guests in during the night, and when enabled, supporters can save admission passes to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and share tickets by email invite or a one-time claim link. While the program runs, a live control center shows bids, raffle sales, ticket revenue, and attendance so the floor team can catch issues early. Optional revenue goals can surface a thermometer on the attendee page. SMS notifications are available on Starter and higher plans. Paid plans include an AI Assistant so staff can ask plain-language questions about setup and live operations, with higher usage limits on Professional. Professional also unlocks a white-label attendee portal so the guest experience can carry your organization’s branding. Professional and above can use Supporter Relationship features for year-round supporter records, impact updates, and stewardship journeys so the relationship does not end when the room empties. RaiseGood is priced as a platform subscription or per-event slots, not as a percentage of what supporters pay at checkout. Stripe’s card processing fees still apply separately. Per-event slots suit teams that host a few fundraisers per billing period. Annual Starter and Professional plans fit organizations that run more often, with higher event counts, attendee caps, and admin seats on Professional, plus priority support. Annual Starter and Professional typically include a free trial before the paid period; Stripe Checkout shows the exact timing before you confirm. In short, RaiseGood is for nonprofit teams that want one supporter page, one staff workspace, and one money trail for auctions, raffles, and tickets from setup through close-out.
